Small win on my financial copywriting journey. I logged into IRIS - a software that tracks email sales at Agora. My intention was to swipe the best performing emails of the month... And guess whose email is up there in 2nd place? Yours truly. Over 8.5k in sales from one email. I am just over 2 months into my journey. I remember sharing my first email with @Sean (I am a Copy That mentee) and I could see he was trying hard to be polite about it... Because it was BAD. I think we spent 2 sessions breaking down emails and since then I've been banging these out super fast and getting solid results. Feels good to see my improvement through real stats. March was my first month copywriting full time. Thanks to inspiration/knowledge from [you guys], it was also my first month with other freelance gigs (other than my agency work), and my first month breaking $10k earnings. - Josh
Listening to [your videos] makes me feel heard and understood. I work a full time job and I have to support two others. I make meals, I do groceries, and I still somehow have to take care of myself. And yet, I find anywhere between 20-40 hours a week for copywriting. I’m about to close out my second month and I’m on track to hitting $2.5k. You guys have got me all fired up and I’m really gunning for $3k for my third month.
